Specializing in weddings, engagements, portraits, families, maternity, and newborns, River focuses on warm, natural storytelling that reflects each season of life. River also offers documentary-style videography for businesses, nonprofits, and individuals wanting to share their mission or vision. With a calm, genuine approach, River creates work that feels honest, personal, and true to the people and stories being told.

The reason

At the foundation of all my work is my love for Jesus and a desire to honor the beauty He has woven into His creation. Photography and film give me a way to slow down, pay attention, and recognize the moments where God’s presence is quietly evident—the emotion in a glance, the strength of a relationship, the goodness found in simple, unguarded moments. I don’t pursue this work for a paycheck or a portfolio piece; I pursue it to serve people with honesty, humility, and genuine care. My hope is that what I create reflects something deeper than just images or footage—that it reveals traces of the Lord’s character, creativity, and love. With every project, I aim to glorify Him by capturing the meaning, beauty, and truth He has already placed in the lives of the people I’m entrusted to document.
